I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with a few standout positives but also some areas for improvement. The rooms were not ready promptly but were ultimately nice, clean, and modern, providing a comfortable bed to rest in. The view of the cathedral from our room was simply amazing.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The location was amazing, with breathtaking views of Adelaide Oval and easy access to the CBD and entertainment precinct. The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful, making a difficult time for us much easier. However, it would have been even better if the dining options were more varied and if there were a more consistent presence at the front desk.
I found the hotel to have some positives like friendly and helpful service even in the early hours, but there were some design faults in the room that made it less than ideal. The location was convenient for my workshop although lacking a bit in terms of views. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with some delays in service.
The hotel has comfy and very clean rooms, spacious even with five pieces of luggage, and very well thought through with many nice touches. The service from the staff, especially Amy with blonde hair, was excellent. The location is perfect for exploring Adelaide, with beautiful views and a memorable experience. The dining experience had its moments of slowness but was overall delicious.
